Yes. There is a non-refundable deposit of £150, followed by 3 equal payments. If you book by 31 Aug, payments will be made on 1 Sept 2026, 1 Oct 2026, and 1 Nov 2026. If you book after 1 Sept, we will take two equal payments on 1 Oct and 1 Nov. Please refer to T&Cs for more information on our refund and cancellation policy.

Yes. There's a heated outdoor pool. In November. We salute you.

Mostly yourself. We'll handle the food, activities and fabulous house. We will supply light snacks, soft drinks, and wine with your meals, but if you want to bring your favourite treats or tipple, please do.

We'll send a packing list in advance of the retreat. But we would suggest warm layers, waterproofs, comfortable activewear, walking boots or sturdy trainers, swimwear, a water bottle, a small backpack and your usual toiletries. Plus, anything comfy that makes you feel fabulous.

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring alcohol if they wish to drink it during their stay. There will also be alcohol offered during certain points on the retreat.

Yes, let us know your dietary requirements when booking – there’s space for this during check-out. 

Absolutely. REVIVE is designed to be just as enjoyable solo as it is with friends, and we expect plenty of guests to arrive on their own. Meals and activities are shared, so there are lots of natural opportunities to meet people, without any forced fun.

Absolutely not. This is your retreat, not PE with prettier interiors. Join the yoga, walk, sound bath and wreath-making, or skip something in favour of a lie-in, swim or hour with your book. No guilt, no gold stars. 

Of course. Please email freya@arc.club after booking with the names of the individuals sharing, and we will organise this for you. 

We operate on a 30-day cancellation policy. Any cancellations over 30-days prior to the retreat will receive a full refund minus the £150 deposit. 

Dogs are not permitted. 

Yes. The optional guided walks will be for all abilities. 

You can relax in the house or take yourself out! There is lots to do around Painswick, and your retreat host can offer suggestions.

Yes, the first 10 qualifying places booked by 30 Sept 2026 receive £200 off per person, subject to availability, from the total value of their retreat booking.

You don't need to be a fitness fanatic. Our retreats are designed for all abilities, and all activities are optional. Yoga accommodates different abilities, and walks can involve hills/uneven terrain. Please check the itinerary for specific details.

We offer single, double/ twin, triple and quad rooms. If you're coming with friends, let us know when booking, and we'll do our best to room you together. Otherwise, guests booking shared rooms will be allocated roommates by the retreat team.

Due to the historic layout of our Grade I-listed Cotswolds property, REVIVE Cotswolds does not have wheelchair access. If this retreat isn’t suitable for your accessibility needs, please get in touch. We have more REVIVE Retreats coming up and will be happy to recommend a more accessible option.

Check-in will be from 3pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out will be 11am day of departure.

Yes, you can book a 60-minute massage at the property for £100 per person in advance – there is an option to add this to your booking during check-out.

There is no on-site parking but there is free street parking and a free village carpark (Stamages Lane), which is 50m away. Stamages Lane carpark has EV charging.
