Ali is wellness director at Psychologies Magazine; an author, mindfulness and meditation expert, yoga teacher and sound healer. She has worked with everyone from Deepak Chopra to Louise Hay… one of the first calls Wim Hof had with the UK press was with Ali ❤️ . Hearing him on Chris Evans’ breakfast show a few years later said everything to me about Ali’s insight on holistic lifestyle.
